Elton John fut la première rock star occidentale à se produire en Union Soviétique. Ce live inédit en CD vient célébrer le 40ème anniversaire de cette tournée historique. Lors de cette tournée Elton était uniquement accompagné du percussionniste Ray Cooper, et plus de la moitié du concert est une superbe performance solo de l'artiste. Le show du 28 mai à Moscou fut enregistré, puis diffusé à la BBC.
